If you’re looking to exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 15 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, or a different product. We do not offer refunds.

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Contact us using the website or by replying to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to exchange.

  2. Liability for shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Send all items back to us and we will process your exchange or store credit.

Additional Information:

  • Store credits or exchanges will be processed within a week of receiving the returned product.

  • Some product returns may incur a restocking fee of $25.00 that will be assessed to the customer.

  • If the returned item is lost or damaged by the shipping process, we will not be able to process the store credit or exchange.
